3 PillarZ Farm invites you to spend a day on the farm with renowned regional artists, Jack Paluh, Wendy Neckers, and Julia McCray.

We’re thrilled to offer this first-ever Plein Air experience to capture the natural beauty that abounds on the farm, from cottage flowerbeds to hilltop vistas to our conservation ponds.

Details:

  • Retreat includes instruction by regional artists, Jack Pulah (oils), Wendy Neckers (acrylics), and Julia McCray (pastels) - more info on each artist may be found below.

  • 7 hours of instruction, starting at 8:30 am, finishing the day at 4:30 pm.

  • Light breakfast and lunch included.

  • $120/person; art materials not included.

  • Optional get-acquainted campfire on June 20th at 6 pm.

Meet the artists…

  • Jack Paluh

    Artist Jack Paluh (pronounced pa-lew) resides in Waterford, PA with his wife Miriam. From the time he was old enough to hold a pencil, he was constantly sketching, drawing, and painting. Jack and his wife travel the country capturing the beauty of national parks and ocean views. “With my artwork, my hope is to transport my viewers into an image which promotes the true essence of nature.”

  • Wendy Neckers

    Wendy Neckers is an artist and owner of the Painted Finch Gallery and Epiphany’s Emporium in Corry, PA. Wendy is a force for the arts in the Corry area, bringing her experience in the art and music world and leadership skills to enrich region culturally and economically. In addition to her artistic endeavors, Wendy serves on multiple Corry boards, including President of Impact Corry, Chair of the Downtown Corry Business Association, and Corry Community Foundation.

  • Julia McCray

    Julia McCray is a fine and decorative artist, a founding member of the Corry Area Artists Guild and the Oil City Plein Air Painting group. She is also a member of 3 PillarZ Farm board of directors, serving as its Arts and Culture Liaison. Julia shares her art talents which range from acrylics to pastels to a myriad of art events in the NWPA region.
